Inger Kathrine “Titti” Smeby is the founder and owner of Lost in Spain. Originally from Norway and based in Mallorca, she has more than 25 years of experience in the travel and events industry.

Her life abroad began as a tour guide with TUI, followed by 16 years working with groups and events at WebBeds.

Today, she oversees all aspects of the business, from client relations and proposal development to project management and on-site operations. Combining her Scandinavian background with deep local knowledge and a passion for Spanish culture, gastronomy, wine, and people, she is dedicated to creating authentic and memorable experiences across Spain. Her hands-on approach ensures personal service, attention to detail, and seamless execution for every project.

Julius Karlsson is our sales manger, originally from Örnsköldsvik in northern Sweden but spent much of his adult life in Amsterdam before relocating to Madrid in 2023.

With a career dedicated to hospitality and tourism, he has extensive experience in hotel technology, online travel distribution, groups, and conferences.

Passionate about creating authentic experiences, Julius helps clients discover what truly makes each destination unique through its food, culture, traditions, and people.

His frequent travels to Sweden and across Spain, particularly around Madrid, Andalusia, and Northern Spain, allow him to continuously uncover unique venues, wineries, and local experiences while building strong relationships with both trusted local partners and our clients

Manfred Neumayr, originally from Austria and based in Oslo, supports business development and client relations in the DACH market.

With his international perspective and industry experience, he helps connect clients with the right solutions and opportunities across our destinations.
